We currently deliver within select PIN codes in West Bengal, India. Serviceability will be confirmed at checkout based on your PIN code.
2. Delivery Charges

3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 1–3 business days from order confirmation
- Delivery slots available: 9 AM – 9 PM
- Orders placed after 8 PM will be processed the next day
- Delivery times may vary during festivals, bad weather, or peak seasons
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

5. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times
- If delivery fails, the order may be returned and a refund processed (excluding delivery charges for online orders)
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address
6. Undeliverable Orders
An order may be undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer not available after 2 attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Email admin@sahamart.in with photos
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
