2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• Product images are for representation only; actual product may vary slightly
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability
• We may cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or policy violations

4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other factors
• Free delivery is available on orders above ₹500
• A delivery charge of ₹40 applies on orders below ₹500
• We currently deliver only within select PIN codes in West Bengal

5. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking via Razorpay
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• We do not store your card details

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the site's operation or security
• Post false, misleading, or abusive content
